Fire, Smoke and Exit Door Audits
In line with AS1851-2012, AS1905.1-2015 and AS6905-2007 our auditors can provide site surveys and full reports detailing all assets on site with accompanying photographs for asset management purposes.
In line with AS1851-2012 reporting requirements, Ascent Fire will, upon completion of audits, provide detailed quotations outlining what is required to return a site to full compliance along with any recommendations.
In addition to the above, Ascent Fire can provide marked up drawings detailing the location of fire, smoke and exit doors where existing plans can be provided.
Service Penetrations
Ascent Fire can conduct a full audit of the properties to ensure that all penetrations passing through fire / smoke walls and floors are compliant with the NCC. A full photographic report will be provided detailing each individual penetration, location, method of sealing and any works required. Should additional works be required to maintain compliance a quotation will accompany the report.
